1. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange products within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In their original packaging/polythene bag

    • With the price tag attached

👉 Please note: Products that are used, washed, or mishandled are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or issue a full refund without any additional charges.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on the payment method.

  • Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) may be eligible for store credit or exchange instead of a direct refund.

3. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before dispatch.

  • Our Customer Care team will contact you before shipping your order, and you can request cancellation or revision at that point.

  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellations and revisions are not possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items
